HARP

HARP (High Adventure Role Playing) is a fantasy role-playing game, designed by Tim Dugger & Heike A. Kubash, and published by Iron Crown Enterprises (ICE) in late 2003.

The basic mechanics are similar to Rolemaster, which is also published by ICE, but are simplified.

A character generation program is being developed here at RPG Review.
