For your consideration in regards to the upcoming 2025 Annual General Meeting for The RPG Review Cooperative, Inc. on Sunday 2nd February 2025.

Minutes of the Annual General Meeting for The RPG Review Cooperative, Inc.

Held on Saturday 24th February 2024 at The Rose Hotel, 406 Napier St, Fitzroy.

Meeting opened at 1210.

Present were:
Andrew Pam, joined remotely
Adrian Smith, joined remotely
Jay Patterson, joined remotely
Andrew Daborn
Charmaine Thomas Daborn
Lev Lafayette
Elizabeth Bowman
Karl Brown
Andrew MacPherson
Tim Rice
Rodney Brown
Michael Coles

The following motion was tabled:
THAT the minutes of the annual general meeting of 28th January 2023 are a true and accurate report.
Proposed Andrew Daborn. Seconded Elizabeth Bowman.

Membership Fee
==============
The following motion was tabled:
THAT the membership fees remain as $10 for annual membership and $100 for life membership.

Proposed Lev Lafayette. Seconded Elizabeth Bowman.


Financial Statements of the Association
================================
The 2023 committee and financial reports were presented by Lev Lafayette.

The following motion was tabled:
THAT the 2023 committee and financial reports be accepted by the meeting.
Proposed Lev Lafayette. Seconded Elizabeth Bowman.


Election of 2024 Committee Members.
================================
The following motion was tabled:
THAT the RPG Review Cooperative committee have four ordinary member positions.
Proposed Lev Lafayette. Seconded Charmaine Thomas Daborn.

The last year's committee was dissolved. The following officers were elected unopposed:

President, Lev Lafayette
Vice President, Michael Cole
Secretary, Andrew Daborn
Treasurer, Tim Rice
Ordinary, Elizabeth Bowman
Ordinary, Karl Brown
Ordinary, Andrew Macphereson
Ordinary, Adrian Smith

Artificial Intelligence created material for TTRPGs
========================================
Karl spoke to the ethical and economic arguments for and against AI use in the tabletop games industry introducing a discussion on this topic.

The following motion was tabled:
THAT all AI created or assisted content used in RPG Review publications will be fully credited, including the model of AI used, in that publication.

Proposed Karl Brown. Seconded, Elizabeth Bowman.

An open forum discussion was held on the nature and future of the RPG Review cooperative library.

There being no further business the meeting concluded at 1240.
