RuneQuest Glorantha Con Down Under III Auction Submission

RuneQuest Glorantha Con Down Under III will be holding an auction of related items.

If you wish to buy or sell at the auction you must be an attendee at the Convention. So please register.

The following are the auction rules and a form for submitting items.

1. This is a RuneQuest Glorantha Down Under Con III. So items on sale will be focussed and exclusive to any and all items related to RuneQuest or Glorantha, regardless of publisher

2. Lots will need to be provided at Registration Desk by the start of the Convention and lot item descriptions must be provided by November 8th at the latest.

3. Lots will require the seller's name and reserve price (if any). Please point out any flaws and use the following grading system.

Mint. Brand new. Typically only for products that are in their factory shrinkwrap.
Near Mint. Like new with only the slight wear. Close to perfect, very collectible. "Shop wear".
Excellent. Lightly used. May show small spine creases, slight corner wear, slight discolouration. No tears or marks.
Very Good. Used. May have medium sized creases, scuff marks, small stains, etc. Complete and very useable.
Fair. Very well used, but complete and useable. May have flaws such as tears, pen marks or highlighting, large creases, stains, marks, a loose
map, etc.
Poor. Extremely well used and has major flaws, which may be too numerous to mention. But item is complete and usable unless noted.

For "condition" please submit the status of the main components and not the difference in the description. For example; a RuneQuest 2 boxed set is offered. The box is in 'Poor' condition, but the contents are 'Near Mint'. Use the 'Near Mint' condition, but note the box flaws in the description.

4. Potential buyers will be allowed to view lots prior to the auction, including seller and reserve.

5. Potential buyers will be allowed to put in secret pre-auction bids for lots. Send an email to rqduauction@rpgreview.net with your name and bid amount. This email will not be viewed prior to the day of the auction.

6. Auction rounds will be held at 11.30 (for 30 minutes) and 13.30 (for 30 minutes)

7. The RPG Review Cooperative is not taking a commission on any lots. However, we will accept unsold items for our club library.
