intercontinental move has left me without my copy just as I'd like to
delve into it.<br><br>I wonder if anyone has purchased the pdf file from FGU's website? I'm reluctant to buy it as they don't take PayPal but require credit card info. I've also heard that the website is pretty much defunct and that queries have gone unanswered, so I won't be going that route.<br>
