Yep, came with the box set with the cardstock character sheet. As far as
GMs screens go it was OK in terms of the sheer quantity of tables etc.,
but also useful in having 'player information' on one side (magic and
spells) and 'GM information' on the other (combat and travel).

The only things that could have made it better still would have been
thicker stock and a summary of combat equations.
