I apply explosion damage in two ways - total HP damage for blast, and/or hit location damage for shrapnel. I usually have a rough template for different explosions, for example a pineapple grenade might hit 1d4 random locations within a certain radius (just for the sake of argument). Bigger bombs might have several dange bands, each with decreasing damage.<div>
