[Runequest] RQ III to MRQ1 to RQVI conversions

Thank you for the summary, Steve.

As a long time (non-Gloranthan) user of RQ3 (I like it better than RQ2 and
other systems for my world), I support RQ6 by buying and stealing ideas
from books even if I don't switch my campaign over to it.

And thanks for pointers to the parts of it that you would pull out to use
with RQ3.
