[Runequest] Legal Status of RuneQuest SRD

The plot thickens. I note that none of the documents under the MRQ1 SRD have
this little line, which is to be found on all WotC SRD documents:

"This material is Open Game Content, and is licensed for public use under
the terms of the Open Game License v1.0a."
