[Runequest] Latest on RQ rights

As far as I'm concerned, Chaosium's new Basic Roleplaying is the only "real"
RuneQuest left - and probably the best iteration of the system, all in all.
That it's not actually CALLED "RuneQuest" is more a quirk of our ridiculous
trademark system (and whatever the hell was going on between Stafford and
Chaosium) than anything else.
