[Runequest] MRQ II - Combat

To address the CA issue alone is also a mistake. I have run a bit of 
MRQII over the last fortnight whilst on hols and I've also noticed what 
a difference SR makes in the game in that despite the 1d10 roll it 
really slows down the heavily armoured fighting tanks (dwarfs in 
chainmail in my game) and then the CAs are being threatened by attacks 
before they get to be used in offence.
