Very much so.. There is a very entertaining encounter with a Lunar
census taker in "Return to Snakepipe Hollow" who asks a variety of
leading questions concerning roads and taxes and religious loyalty. As
an NPC he was both amusing, insightful and made some players squirm a
little :)

As a PC his troupe and task would be very entertaining!
