hi the dragon mountain was once a dwarf mine so the traps were made buy them until the dragon and her minions took it from them.

Thank you for your compassion & concern. Right now my difficulty is not 
going back to the man I was in Vietnam 40 years ago as well as grieving. 
I promise I will be careful & have taken every precaution I can in a 
county that really protects its "Good old boys". All in All, it's still 
safer than Los Angeles.

Grimtooth is always a decent read, although most of them traps are dungeon
type.

Nice write up Simon. I would also suggest one consider who made the traps,
why and what materials are at hand. That will ensure some believability so
that jungle/bamboo style traps are not found in rocky temperate terrain
etc.
