[Runequest] Runequest Digest, Vol 28, Issue 8

The best 'in game' answer to that is in my opinion:

Conan (I assume thats who you meant) and other heroes, would be past 100% 
skill level in RQ and most likely have low strike ranks. This type of 
heroic, multiple attack is best simulated in RQ as splitting attacks between 
opponents when over 100% skill level as detailed in the rules.
