[Runequest] How many spirits can you fit in one body?

Unless of course it's something like an Intellect spirit or Power spirit.

As an aside - the RQ3 rules have the spirit magic spell Control
require the caster to engage the spirit in spirit combat. But it also
says that such spells automatically work against spirits in bindings.
Does that mean that spirit magician who has (say) a Ghost in a binding
enchantment need not engage in spirit combat in order to cast Control
Ghost?

(It's kind of useless if he does, since the Ghost emerging from the
binding won't have any magic points left to actually do anything).
