Thats a great idea. Perhaps if the healing is from a specific cullt one
may have a tat of the cult symbol. Or maybe a Sun Tattoo for Sunspear,
Buring Blade (or would that be a honda superbike) for Fireblade etc.

Perhaps the party coud be aware of a cult/tribe or such who did this and
come across someone who appeared to be of such with plenty tats, but are
they "real"........
