Have they fixed the "Plate is pointless" rule yet? The one where you can
take a -40% penalty to ignore the target's armour, whereas the armour itself
carries a -40% penalty to all actions anyway so it cancels out? i.e. man in
plate and man wearing no armour are on equal terms, except that the man in
no armour can make other non-attack actions with no penalty.
