Bwaa ha ha ha ha. They rerely do. Problem is I have found in the bank I
work at is its almost like someone goes. Hmm, I am
bored/tired/lonley/feellin insecure, lets have a meeting. There seems to
be a perception that performing admin like tasks and having numerous
meetings is adding value and considered hard graft, where on the contrary
all it does is waste a lot of time and frustrate people. I long for the
days before Outlook or scheduler when meetings had to be manually diarised
and arranged and asking someone to do something required a visit to their
desk or a phone call, or even a memo:)
