[Runequest] Michael O'Brien's website

Goodness knows I've tried to find him. I mean he lives in the same city
as me an everything.. But... 

Well, the last update for his site was 2000. About five years ago it
went offline. I snaffled a copy through archive.org; now I can't even
directly find it through the wayback engine.

So after a couple of hours of hacking out the awful url and (*shudder*
javascript) insertions (no, not even my good friends 'sed' or 'awk' were
much help here*) I have managed to reconstruct the entire site, hosted
here on rpgreview.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I present you the long lost, and probably somewhat
imperfect and incomplete, Michael O'Brien website.
