To a degree - but there are subtleties in the wording one needs to watch
for. Sorcery is the spells from Elric!/Stormbringer 5 and, for example,
Sorcerer's Razor does NOT simply add damage (It boosts the rolled damage,
but never above what the weapon could do naturally). Magic is from Magic
World, and whilst the Sharpen spell is actually pretty much exactly
Bladesharp in effect +1 damage / +5% to hit (something I can remember
noticing in the dim and distant past when I first read Worlds of Wonder),
other aspects of that system are not that close to Battle Magic Spirit
magic.
But to be honest, if you have the RQIII Magic book or the BRP Magic Book
Monograph, you can plug it straight in to the new BRP and it will work
without issue, and I remain hopeful that a BRP Magic supplement with all
the old RQIII magic systems plus a few more will see publication.
Cheers,
