That's only true if you're expecting really problematic enemy 
spellcasters; that was the way we always played in in RQ3, and while 
it wasn't loveable, being more vulnerable to Disruption or Demoralize 
wasn't enough of a counterinincentive to not put up your Bladesharp 
and Shimmer.  It just meant you wanted to acquire magic point storage 
as soon as practical.
