[Runequest] Charge! (.. and set)

One of my RQIII house rules is riders charging set pikes spears must succeed
at a Ride skill roll with a -30 penalty when riding non-warhorses and a -15
penalty when on a battle-trained horse. When choosing to charge a long
pointy object or stop and avoid it, horses tend to be smarter than their
riders, IMO.
