[Runequest] Characteristics

Not for the first time I'm looking at the standard
attributes offered in RQ (3rd edition).

Not for the first time I'm thinking the game would be
improved if APPearance was dropped and combined with
POWer with a function similar to the old CHArisma
attribute.

As an alternative to take its place, I think
PERception would be a good candidate.

What do others think?
