Sure almost entirely in agreement here, discussing how specific rules 
selections and variants
can invoke differening settings or flavors of setting bridges the 
gap(and I find fascinating)...
 hard and fast rules for discussion groups even those about rules...ummm 
sounds a bit unsociable.
