   I'm a regular Columbia Games subscriber and as far as I can tell 
the D20 stuff was a phase that was over.  They just published a new 
version  of HarnMaster rules which is basically the previous Harn 
Master Core (HM2) with some tweaks.  Still great reference materail 
for RQ games because they are so close rule-wise.

   I agree the prices are a little high, but I think they are worth it 
for the quality.
