[RQ-Rules] Newbie + US?

<grin>  Actually, I love the state; born and raised here.  It's the
people that run the state that I don't like so much.  And RPGs in
general have a stigmata here, it's very difficult to find a serious
group to game with.  The only gaming I do now is via internet phone with
some friends in Alabama.
