Yeah, I noticed that. I cut from OpenOffice and pasted into Evolution. It
looked OK and then when I received the mail it lost the layout. I'll give
it another whirl later tonight.

The basic principle is that there are Overskills (which are harder but
include everything underneath them) and more specialist Skills.
