[Nyarlathotep] New Character concept

Ok so I think I might have a new Character. I am going with Julius Wagner-Jauregg, Austrian physician and psychologist. Unfortunately, he became one of those Nazi Austrians (new buddy Eva) and sterilised the mentally disabled. Which could be interesting when people start going crazy in the group.
