The central English gentleman is a great archtype of the setting. The Lilliputians, Yahoos, Houyhnmnm, and Sorceror nicely capture the fantasy elements. The text is undergoing continual polishing. There has been another 5 pages added since the Grub St. release, mostly in the referee's misc. As always any comments/corrections on the beta release are very welcome.

Message-ID: Polishing and addition to the manuscript continues. Most recently the section "Fifty years of living English memory" has been expanded to include events for every year of English history from 1680 to 1729. Not just a dusty summary of history but a resource for creating Parts for your character's history. Perhaps you dispute Hailey's astronomical prediction and have argued with him over it, did you escape gaol with the infamous Jack Sheppard, or survive the Glen of Shiel only to loose everything in the South Sea's stock bubble. Ideas for characters jump out of these pages. Work also continues on the last comonent of the book, the full colour cover.
