[Gullivers] Gulliver's Cover Art commisioned

The colour cover for GTC has been commissioned from a London based
professional illustrator (who just happens to be my brother ;) ). the
breif is to produce a cover that accuratly conveys the world of
Gulliver's Travels and stylistically harmonises with the interior
illustrations and drawns on Hoggarth and other 18th century sources.
