Hi,

I'm pretty comfortable with the setup at East Melbourne. I would be happy to continue at UC if they there is no arcing up about tea/coffee facilities, and they come down in the price perhaps (given COG has been there for a long time....). Mind you, I guess it would be worth checking out the other two venues to see if they are spacious / quiet enough to allow for us.

The Unitarian Church has established a new fee structure, apparently based
on a break-even structure.

The cost proposed to us is:

$20.00 per use for a period of up to 3 hours, whether one-off or regular use
$40.00 for a period over 3 hours, up to 7 hours, whether one-off or
regular use.

We're in that delightful level of having four-and-a-half hour meetings,
although apparently we could extend this to 7 at the same cost.

Also, we're expected to provide our own tea/coffee/milk :)

Other options, which are free, modern and central:

Games Laboratory

Open from 10am to 8pm (or later)

Good Games

This gives us three options, which I we should vote on (with preferences).

1. Stay at the Unitarian Church
2. Move to Games Laboratory
3. Move to Good Games

We're familiar with the UC, so no need to elaborate too much on that. I've
scouted out the Laboratory and it looks pretty good. My opinion is that
the suggested fees don't really provide any tangible benefits for us in
comparison to the alternatives (although parking is probably easier - most
of the time).

Any other thoughts, options etc?
