Hi Lev,
I would like to join the co-operative as a financial member (let me know
how I can pay), however, due to the tyranny of distance it is impossible
for me to attend the inaugural meeting. Could I please ask you to act as my
proxy for this inaugural meeting and any future meetings requiring physical
attendance?

You can send me the $10 via bank transfer asap and I'll pass it on to our
treasurer

We intend to have a few official meetings a year and if you can't attend
those (we can have real-time electronic participation) a proxy is fine.

We've actually already had our AGM, elected a committee, become
incorporated, and have our first newsletter coming soon.
