I have formulated GURPS explantations of these working within existing GURPS rules (esp from robots, space, and ultratech) but so far have not found time to get them typed out. The piece would includea bit on computers/robots at TL9 and in our projected society. The ideas deal with an ethical puzzle and allow for three types:(from most to least common) Super specialised non-human machines Robots with intelligence but no rights Robots with intelligence and limited rights Robots with intelligence and full rights (possibly only 2, those who control the time machines)
