Church of Gaming, July 2009 Newsletter, Issue 9
===============================================

Introduction
============

Welcome to the ninth issue of our newsletter!

Gaming at CoG at the past month has been - as will continue - with GURPS
Krononauts and RuneQuest Prax.

The former campaign has started has been very interesting; starting with
a failed mission to prevent the theft of the treasure of the Aztecs. It
did have the very strange event of Moctezuma being taken into the late
21st century however to live out his days. Now the PCs find themselves
in Danzig, early 1945. What possible mission could the supercomputer
Archangel want from them?

In the latter campaign, aiding the giant cradle on its way led to a
challenge against a 3km giant eel. Whilst the party was successful in
defeating said creature (by getting stuck in its throat!), the
logistical problem of millions of tonnes of eel being washed ashore near
Corflu was also somewhat of an issue. After pickling, salting and
otherwise consuming eel in a variety of ways, the venturers have made
their way back to Pavis - where Balastor is promoting rebellion!
