Yeh I use Biotech a lot in my SF games, then again I'm bias.

I'm actually an unlisted playtester for that supplement. Many years ago
Chris Stronach and I received a copy for Swancon XXV. We ran the
playtest, mailed our results to Steve Jackson Games.. just as they were
raided by the Secret Service.

Lloyd Blankenship, the author, some years later recognised our
contribution in an email but of course there's never been a reprinting.
All that Biotech then Transhumanism stuff has taken over from the
cyberpunks :)
