[Announce] RPG Review Issue 12 Released!

The Twelth Issue of RPG Review has been released (yes, very late)

A special historical RPGs issue it features a review of the Polish RPG
Wild Fields, set in the period of the Polish-Lithunian Commonwealth. A
wide ranging theory and practice article of historical RPGs covers the
main issues and a brief survey of the major lines. The article
Britannia-Pendragon posits using the Pendragon rules to cover the 1000
year period of invasions as used in the boardgame Pendragon. From a
different period and genre the horror-western RPG, Deadlands, is reviewed.
Medieval Professions for Tunnels & Trolls are elaborated as is as timeline
and mores for England 1680-1730 for Gulliver's Trading Company.

Outside of the main theme, there's an article on Realistic Biology for
alien worlds, modifications to BASH UE, a conversio of AD&D Druid Spells
to the Hero System, an article on NPC characterisation, a review of the
movie Thor and our regular industry news.
